Tax Game Plan, LLC is a tax planning and consulting firm specializing in creating, implementing and maintaining effective tax plans that legally leverage the IRS and state tax codes to significantly reduce and eliminate tax liabilities. 

We believe the majority of business owners and real estate investors are significantly overpaying taxes due to mistakes, missed opportunities, and an overall lack of proactive tax planning. Our mission is to utilize proactive tax planning to create and implement customized tax strategies which provide the ideal mix of immediate and future tax savings. 

Ideal tax planning clients include successful business owners, real estate investors, high net-worth individuals, individuals with something large to sell, and/or others who value a high-quality, consultative tax planning approach.

The tax codes are written the same for Wall Street and Main Street. The difference is in how each one perceives and approaches taxes. Wall Street views taxes as an investment and opportunity. These companies and individuals employ teams of tax planning-focused CPAs and advisors to effectively reduce and eliminate taxes wherever possible. Main Street tends to view their taxes as an expense rather than an investment. These companies and individuals often believe they have little control over their taxes. They frequently utilize tax prep-focused CPAs and accountants that are focused on efficiency of tax preparation to keep the client’s tax preparation bill from being higher than expected. The problem is what the client saves on their tax preparation bill is far outweighed by the amount they lose from not utilizing proactive tax planning strategies.
